GoDaddy.com – They Are Ruthless!

It has been very painful dealing with GoDaddy. They force users to autorenew products and have draconian rules that make it impossible to get refunds for products that one did not intent to autorenew. They are ruthless, and each time you call to resolve an issue a) they create a new one, and b) they try to sell you more stuff, without addressing your initial issues. I never had so much frustration with a high tech company before.

godaddy must pay for A+ rating with bbb because they have 4 positive reviews and 179 negative… and 1145 complaints… Customer service reps are disrespectful and incompetent… their hold times are outrageous, even if you opt into having them call back when a rep is available, you still end up being on hold for 5-10 minutes… my issues were never resolved, and i got told something different every time i called back… saver your time and money… godaddy use to be a good company, but obviously they got bought out… sucks!
