Recently the 4 year old daughter spoke about it to a DCF agent in the grandmothers home freely on her own without anyone else around. The DCF agent is confident that the therapist will be able to have enough concrete evidence to make a solid case.

The child has been through alot in the last year but she is brave and strong.

Now the child is speaking clearer then ever and total combined recordings is over 3 hours worth. We try to record her every time she wants to speak about her father assaulting her...these tapes are vital proof to saving this child life and other children.

For the record also..Vova law firm was called on record reporting what Isabella said in the Boca home. That was way before the relocation request came in. Also Isabella went to the pediatrician about what she was saying also on record way before the relocation request. As well as you were told about what Isabella was saying way before the relocation request was made. NO CONSPIRACY EXISTS FOR A WOMAN WANTING TO GET AS FAR AWAY FROM YOU AS POSIBBLE AFTER SHE HEARS HER DAUGHTER SAYING THE THINGS SHE IS SAYING....ME PERSONALLY I WOULD MOVE TO THE MOON.

The DCF came into the picture way after and only because you filed a motion to get over night visits...also on record. The DCF even wrote in their report that the first time Isabella started talking was way back in July August and the mother waited until she was absolutely positive and after she took her to a doctor and got legal advice and spoke to her family...Your conspiracy theory has serious holes. Becuase it has not truth and law enforcement knows that also. They know exactly what you are all about and only a crooked cop would do something to help you and franly that would only expose the crooked cop and then it's like killing two birds with one stone as the saying goes.

Here is a little bit of advice dumb ass....forensics can prove the videos are real and not messed with. Child psychiatrist and professional law enforcement can look at a video an tell if it was coached...especially with a child dummy. We have over 3 hours worth and that cannot be disputed..even by a crooked cop. No conspiracy exists but on YOUR side of the fence.
